How does WorkFirst work?

Companies post tasks with evaluation criteria and reward. Workforce accepts a task (slot locked), then submits a deliverable (file, repo, video, text, or live demo + credentials for coding). Companies score submissions, award the winner, mark work complete, and can optionally hire and start onboarding.

Is WorkFirst free to use?

Workforce can browse and claim tasks for free. Companies pay a platform fee per completed task. There are no subscription fees for basic usage.

How are payments handled?

All payments are held in escrow until task completion and approval. Funds are automatically released once the company approves the work.

Can I use WorkFirst as a company?

Yes! Companies create tasks (with criteria required before publishing), review and score submissions (including testing live demos for coding tasks), award the winner, and can hire and onboard. Start by creating a company account.
