Rich flow building means you’re not stuck with a fixed checklist. You design templates by stages (e.g. “Welcome”, “Training”, “First tasks”) and add tasks per stage—quiz, read a document, submit a form, or get manager approval. Same builder for onboarding and deboarding; only the goal changes (get someone up to speed vs. capture exit feedback).

Feedback is built in: form tasks and surveys collect answers; progress and completion rates show where people drop off; deboarding records are stored in an archive for reporting and compliance. So you improve flows over time and keep a clear audit trail.
